Ms. Maluje specializes in Immigration and Nationality Law, with a focus on Business and Family Immigration, Removal and Deportation Proceedings and Naturalization; Family Law, including Dissolution of Marriage, Paternity and Child Support; Business Law, with a focus on Agreements, Formation and Legal Structure, and Employer Compliance; and General Civil Litigation.


Ms. Maluje was awarded a Juris Doctor degree, in May of 2001, from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Law School, with a concentration in International Law.  She was a board member of the International Law Students’ Association and a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity.  During her law school clinical internship, Ms. Maluje worked for the League of Arab States at the United Nations in New York under H.E. Ambassador Hussein Hassouna, former Ambassador of the Arab League to the United Nations and current Ambassador of the Arab League to the U.S.  Ms. Maluje was also awarded a Bachelor of Arts degree in Women’s Studies, in May 1998, from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in History, in December 1996, from University of Miami, where she was a member of the Pre-Law Society.   Ms. Maluje also attended Miami-Dade College and received an Associates of Arts in 1993.
















Ms. Maluje is a member of good standing of the Florida Bar and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the U.S. Supreme Court.  She is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers’ Association, the Broward County Hispanic Bar Association, and the Miami Lakes Bar Association.  Finally, she is a member of the National Association of Professional Women.


Outside the office, Ms. Maluje is the Special Projects and Overseas Program Coordinator for SUNSGLOW, a for profit international organization, registered in New York City, that facilitates training in judicial and legal reform, concentrating on the topics of the rule law, human rights, conflict resolution, legal systems, government ethics, and transparency while addressing the issue of globalization within each subject matter.

















Ms. Maluje is also a founding member of a local non-profit organization by the name of Middle Eastern American Professional Association, Inc. which focuses on charitable, educational and community service with a focus on Middle East people, culture, food, religion, and politics.


In addition, Ms. Maluje is legal counsel for Giving Together, a non-profit organization in the Orlando area which provides services to the local community.  Finally, Ms. Maluje is also legal counsel for Sociedad Gabriela Mistral, Inc. a non-for-profit association that focuses on assistance to the young and old who are mentally challenged and living in foster care in Chile, South America.
